UK based international Recruiter has overcome much of the criticism faced by the industry by developing an innovative fee structure and system which operates on a Pay-as-you-go system. Clients will be able to pay the company a non-fluctuating amount on a monthly basis which will be pre-agreed with the Clients. The amount will take into consideration the number of new recruits they will take on as well as a new guarantee system if the successful applicant does not work out. An example is of one Client that is now using GlobalSCS Group who is employing at least one candidate per month and up to six per month, and they pay a standard rate of £1100 +VAT per month to GlobalSCS. This amount covers as many placements up to a maximum of ten per month. The only extra costs are for travel and out of pocket expenses and advertising which is all pre-agreed with the Client. This system works out as being highly cost-effective for both the Client and GlobalSCS bearing in mind that most Recruiters will charge around 15-30% of first year salary of successful candidates.
